Just Awful- Avoid

Worst hotel in the country, and I’ve stayed at a lot of them. AC not working so room was 84 degrees. Maintenance called but sent to “wrong room” by person at front desk. Bathroom fan disgusting and had not been cleaned in a while. TV remote would not shut off tv or change volume. Entry way was a marijuana forest and room smelled the same. Absolutely disgusting place. No customer service.

This is the third or fourth time I've stayed there. It is my go to as far as locations from the Sports Complex and Concert Venue. Four miles away and you can arrive in 10 or 15 minutes depending on traffic. What I didn't like (for the first time ever - I have a complaint) during check in - the desk clerk was busy on her phone. After I stood there a while - I eventually spoke up and told her I'd like to check in. It still took her several minutes to put her phone down.

We liked the price and location. Breakfast was good. Linens were clean. The place seems to have some updates but some things are old...the carpet was stained and the door got stuck when opened due to carpet/padding installation, the bed moved when we got in it (not anchored down?), the bathroom had some rusty areas, the fridge had blue plastic on the outside (like it was new) but no one took it off? It just seemed like the upkeep/detail is not complete. We just expected better. We would choose somewhere else in the future.

The sofa and carpet was very dirty, the microwave didn't work and it and one of the staff at at the front desk spoke in a disrespectful tone and I was lied to.

This property lacks management in all imaginable levels. We were waken up at midnight with people outside of our door screaming at midnight. Called front desk and was told they would handle it. Screaming/fighting came back in 20min and no one answered at front desk. Upstairs guests paced literally all night and we stayed awake until 6am and walked to front desk: no one was there and no one answered the phone until 7am. We told them we would check out a day early as the conditions were not livable and were told to talk to manager. Manager did not answer the phone. Checked out at 8:30 with blank stares from the front desk. Property has since refused to refund our second night. Worst place to stay ever.
