The area was quiet throughout the day and at night the room across was playing loud music for hours and had all types of traffic in and out. My room conditions were red stains on the carpet floor the toilet were clogged and the shower and tub had dirty rings that needs to be repainted, the inside of the room entry door had dents from someone kicking it. Have the power in the room wouldn’t work or would turn on hours later. You can tell this hotel is good for partying and maybe sex traffickers. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The terrible experience was a combination of both room and staff. Issues with the rooms: 1st room - For non-smoking, the moment I walked into the room, I was immediately hit with a pungent smell of marijuana. The entire unit smelled like someone just smoked some weed in it. I immediately called the office and demanded a new room. 2nd room - The room was very cold. The heat did not work in it. The thermostat was low in battery, and the heat option didn't even kick on. The lamps did not have lightbulbs in them. Therefore, they did not work. The TV remote did not turn on the TV. I called back to the office and asked for maintenance. The tech onsite was not able to correct the thermostat issue and got me into another room. 3rd room - I was finally able to relax once I checked into my third room. The time it took to get a room took over 45+ minutes and several visits back to the office. Issue with the staff that night: She was not empathetic at all. Every time I came back for a room exchange, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and wanting to help me out, she sighed as she got up from her chair. It was the worst customer service experience ever! She was annoyed at having to switch out my rooms three times as IF I was the cause that she had to do extra work. Overall: I'll be traveling to Philadelphia often, but I will NEVER come back to stay at this location. I will NEVER suggest any of my friends to stay here either.

Our room was very poor, lack of utensil and cooking equipment, torn couch covers, missing door knobs as well as no lighting one of the bed rooms and bathroom. Lack of towels and trash bags and no dish soap. When we communicated they said maintenance would be out and they never showed up nor was it communicated with the next shift. I appreciated how quite it was as well as how clean it was however unless it’s last minute I wouldn’t come back.

The room felt neglected, the staff was not professional. When I arrived the staff told me my check-in was reserved for the next day even when ai told them multiple timea and showed proof that my check-in was that day. I reserved a suite with 2 bedrooms and they didn't have it available. They gave me two rooms. The rooms were very duty. The walls in the bathrooms were stain like public bathrooms. The pillows looked duty. I brought my own sheets and pillows. The hand towels were folded but wet. There was a duty shower towel hanging in the currain rod. The rooms smelled duty, cigars and weed all the time, even though there are multiple signs not to smoke. The breakfast was decent and we didn't pay the parking fee.

This property should consider fixing the potholes in their parking lot. We had a rental car and were concerned about getting damage. The rooms should be better cleaned/dusted for cobwebs before issuance, and they should have mattresses and pillow covers for sanitary purposes.
