You really can’t beat the location,right in the middle of everything, which made exploring the city super easy. The front desk staff were genuinely lovely and made check-in feel warm and welcoming. That said, the room view wasn’t much to write home about, and the $75 early check-in fee felt a little steep for something that’s usually complimentary at other places. But overall, it was clean, convenient, and the people made it feel better than it looked. Would I stay again? Probably, just maybe not for the view.

This stay was shockingly below standard. Our first room in the Tower section was freezing (thermostat stuck at 69°F) and could not be adjusted. The room layout made no sense, the couch faced a wall and it didn’t feel clean. The shower only got hot when the sink was running, the ice machine pan was full of mold and the floor beneath was busted and cracked. We were moved to another room, but it was handicap accessible (which we didn’t request and weren’t told about before the room was given), had a very low bed, rough scratchy sheets, no closet, and no safe for valuables. Walking the halls, we saw multiple rooms with towels stuffed under doors, unsettling for such a well-known brand. We paid a premium rate for two nights and left extremely disappointed. This experience did not reflect the comfort, cleanliness, or service Marriott is known for at all.

This hotel is absolutely massive and functions as a well-oiled unit! All of the staff we encountered were friendly. The breakfast buffet was well worth the $25!

No EV charging as advertised, but the valet (the only way to park your car there) plugged in my car using my cable so I was still able to get to a full charge!! That was great!

I was at this property for a convention. While my room waa okay, i had two encounters with mice on the property. I regularly saw mice running through the common areas in the hotel. It was disgusting! It made me not want to eat there. The area is also very sketchy. The staff for the most part was helpful except for one employee that the manager later apologized to mr for his behavior i would not stay at this property again. As a regular at Marriott. I was disappointed with my stay.
