Room ok on initial review, but not as reserved as King bed,was 2 queen instead, listed as handicapped so that might explain the odd furnishings ? Tub -not shower with shampoo and lotions high on shower wall so not sure handicap could even use?
Shower was in bad maintenance. Had held hose throwing water everywhere except on your body,all over floor etc. Went down to report to front desk, not friedly person wearing mask, didn't apologize, just asked me if she should send the maintenance man. It was 5:30 am, and my attempt at shower was finished. I told her I was catching a flight but it needed to be repaired before they rented the room again. In Florida,I own a business and our county has a "Guest First" training program for the tourism industry partners....Your hotel should look into a program, very helpful training for staff.
