Here’s a clean, condensed version that keeps all key facts and stays well under 1,500 characters: I made and paid for a hotel reservation through Hotels.com on December 7, 2025, for a stay in Philadelphia from January 23–25, 2026, totaling $397.14. When I arrived at the hotel on January 23, the front desk agent could not locate my reservation. We attempted to contact Hotels.com but were unable to reach a live representative after being on hold for an extended period. Because the reservation could not be found, I was required to pay for another room. Several hours later, the agent informed me that he had finally spoken with someone and that I would be refunded the $397.14 for the original reservation; however, I never received the promised confirmation email or refund. I attempted to contact Hotels.com again on January 24 but was still unable to reach a live person. I am requesting a full refund of $397.14 for the lost reservation and will not use Hotels.com again.

Room 1510 bed by window frame it lays on makes So much noise. Wouldn’t hurt to upgrade the TVs so guest can stream or cast to them.

The hotel is located in a very remote area, and you need to drive to get anywhere. One major issue is parking — the hotel rents out its parking lot for long-term airport parking. If you return late at night, it can be very difficult to find a spot, and you may end up parking in a non-official area. For this reason, I would not recommend staying here if you expect to come back late in the evening. The room itself is very spacious. Considering the age of the building, the hotel appears to be in good condition, likely because it has been renovated, and the room was clean. The room has a K-Cup coffee machine, and the hotel provides three K-Cups and two tea bags, which is sufficient.

The hotel is old and in need of attention. The hot water in the shower was non existent, it was luke warm at best, the sink had hot water but not the shower. The bed is 1 step above sleeping on the floor, very hard bed. The tv only has "live channels" Could not cast tablet or phone to tv to watch bcus tv is outdated and unable to use hdmi ports. Will not stay here again.
