I was born and raised in Chester, coming back to the east side I just knew I was in for a lot of noise and typical city hustle and bustle. But to my surprise none of that was heard. The unit was very very clean and well kept from the outside to the inside. The host was amazing, the unit was easily accessible and parking was great as well. Will definitely be booking again.

The property is pretty landlocked, all the delivery options take over 30 minutes to arrive and public transport is the cheapest way to get into the city without a car. My room had a during cockroach in it when i first entered, its a very very good stay for the price but staying again wouldn’t be my first option

Owner was fair on an overstay I didn’t notice and wasn’t kicked out or locked out before I noticed was woke up surprised but after clearing my head and yelling at him I looked up my own booking and I didn’t book the last day so i paid and left. The location is perfect, septa close by, stores, maintenance guy is so nice, very helpful, polite, respectful, he keeps the place clean, etc... I've stayed at plenty of places and a few I had to stay for some time and once I was there for a couple of weeks I became a regular lol. I have health issues and medical equipment along the with whatever else needs to come with plus my daughter and hose in school. it becomes too much to keep moving and moving, I can't do that here
