My bestfriend and I booked a stay at this hotel & the energy was so dark . They didn’t have coffee in the lobby nor did they have a coffee machine in the room. The staff were rude and the prices were unreasonable. 100 dollars a night for a cesspool dump is rediculous

Absolutely horrible, asked if we wanted to “stay for the hour or the whole night” room had no power, ended up canceling and leaving. Don’t waste your money….its not worth it.

Not Poor(Red Roof was the worst and most disgusting place i have stayed in Bensalem) and not Great. Booked a Luxury Room (Still trying to figure out what was Luxurious about the room. Basically paid more for a standard room. Front Light when entering the room didn't work at all. Bad reception on TV.....Room smelled like smoke and cigarette holes on the Bed's heavy blanket. Didn't seem clean but not dirty either. Again not terrible but wont stay here again.

As soon as we walked in the property we walked out. Every room had the cigarette smell and holes in the bed sheets from cigarettes, 1 room had the window cracked, we never checked in and wasn’t able to get a refund or my money back decided to just leave and look for another hotel near by and loose my money because staying and sleeping in that bed was not a choice, horrible experience definitely disappointed even the lady at front said to not trust their pictures because they are not what the rooms look like at all!

My stay was fine but the place needs a serious upgrade. The carpet in the room was filthy and stained. The towels are so old and not very white. The hallway smells like nicotine: The staff was efficient and friendly but I doubt I would ever stay at this hotel ever again.

As expected

Stayed there for the weekend with my daughter while to check in we were called a B?$@h by someone else checking who was asking the front desk worker a question because my daughter was crying. The workers were very kind and straight to the point. There were a few jumping bugs in the sink and the bed in my opinion wasn’t that comfortable (but I am expecting so that could be why). Overall the hotel stay was as expected for the price I paid for a weekend.
