Clean room. Neighbourhood is relatively safe. Nice landlord. Bit of a rat problem but that's expected. Bathroom was pretty available. Cleaners came pretty often. All round a good place for a short stay

The property has undergone drastic changes for the GOOD. I was extremely impressed with the overall cleanliness of the interior of the building. Gone are the days when clients didn't clean behind themselves. The kitchen and bathroom is well kept and the refrigerator is spotless. The building is extremely quiet. You can barely tell others are in the place with you

I rolled the dice by booking Kiteville Upper Darby for a short, one night stay (from about 10 pm to 3 am) before catching a 5 am flight out of PHL - because it was cheap. Despite some communication issues, and an inability to get the downloaded Kiteville app to work on my phone, I managed to check in, have my reservation confirmed, and receive the outer door code and room code via text before arriving. I got in the building, but the room code would not work (tried all kinds of variations). and I could never get hold of anyone via phone or text. Fortunately, Expedia saved the day by relocating me. Sadly, I only got 2 hours of partial sleep at the alternative place. I may give Kiteville another chance in the future, but I advise caution.
