Terrible experience. The unit had a 10 step process to get access to unit. (Steps 6,7,8 were originally missing). The lockbox was in 2nd floor stairwell and code didn’t work when unit was on 3rd floor. Don’t know why. Never got into unit. Just an overall bad experience.
