There was only one microwave for the hotel. Secondly they charged me for parking. Then third the towels were half dirty. The breakfast wasnt rven included. U have to pay for everything basically. Other than that Great view.....I guess.

The hotel is located in a very remote area, and you need to drive to get anywhere. One major issue is parking — the hotel rents out its parking lot for long-term airport parking. If you return late at night, it can be very difficult to find a spot, and you may end up parking in a non-official area. For this reason, I would not recommend staying here if you expect to come back late in the evening. The room itself is very spacious. Considering the age of the building, the hotel appears to be in good condition, likely because it has been renovated, and the room was clean. The room has a K-Cup coffee machine, and the hotel provides three K-Cups and two tea bags, which is sufficient.

The hotel is old and in need of attention. The hot water in the shower was non existent, it was luke warm at best, the sink had hot water but not the shower. The bed is 1 step above sleeping on the floor, very hard bed. The tv only has "live channels" Could not cast tablet or phone to tv to watch bcus tv is outdated and unable to use hdmi ports. Will not stay here again.

Only problem is We were on level 7 and You can hear all the noise from other rooms even if You were not trying to be loud as soon as You exit elevator You can hear, almost as if the building shape makes it echo and the room next to Us felt like they were in same room as Us

The room was spacious and very clean. The shower is large. The only odd things was, there was really no place to unpack clothing to: a tiny closet to hang 6 pcs of clothing, a couple narrow shelves, and no dresser or chest of drawers. There is way more than enough room for one

The staff from front desk to cleaning crew were wonderful and friendly! Overall the hotel was nice, cleanly, welcoming and safe feeling. It was in a great location to attend a late concert at the xfinity arena. The negatives were, our first room we got placed had no working heat. A problem they seem to have known about prior and maybe hoped we didn’t complain? Had a small child so we did enquire and they switched us to the next room thankfully. And the parking lot was literally a thick sheet of ice, no plowing or salt just driven over and frozen. Was a little sketchy at night to walk on. The employees themselves though were nice and the location make this a great base hotel I would recommend
