My room was clean and comfortable, not too small and an agreeable size. The staff I interacted with were very kind, and the main hall area with the bar and restaurant had a nice vibe to them as well.

These are my complaints about the room: 1) Within 5 minutes of being in the room we had to call the front desk because TV wasn't working. 2) No toilet paper holder so we had to sit the toilet paper on top of the counter. 3) On second day housekeeping did not clean the room and also left the door ajar.

Seems updated from our last visit, accommodations are vert good. Very quiet, bathroom very well maintained and bed was very comfortable. Very happy with the facilities, all staff and team. Parking is a severe problem. You have to pay and walk 3 to 4 blocks if you do not use valet, which we prefer not to. We could tolerate the issue if we did not have to pay 25.00 overnight. Thank you.
