The area around the property was so unsafe that I couldn’t even use my stay at this property. Cars were vandalized and broken into, with drugs and alcohol taking place outside of the property. I contacted the property owner and they were unwilling to work with me. Very disappointed!

I have stayed in many places before but not one that had no soap, no shampoo, no hot water, less than 1/8 of a roll of toilet paper, and a couple of paper towels. If you just need a clean safe bed that is all you are gonna get. Ubered to and from with driver to wait until I got in the door before leaving. I did let the property know that at minimum I needed a roll of toilet paper but none was delivered. As always you get what you pay for and I was ok with that. I also am a superhost and know how inexpensive a box of 200 mini soaps is. Not having soap or hot water to shower in is just plain disgraceful. Been there, done that. Will spend more and stay in central city next time.

I had a fantastic stay here! I will definitely come again. The room itself was impeccably clean and comfortable. I felt safe in this very secure building and it had nearly everything I might need - kitchenette, with Keurig, mini fridge and toaster, a Smart tv with streaming service, large comfy bed, ac, sturdy blinds, quiet building. I would have given 5 stars all around but there was a slight problem at check in where they accidentally assigned me a room someone else was already staying in which was awkward. But I will say they resolved it immediately and professionally even though it was after 11pm at night. I was in my correct room within 10 minutes. The only other issue was the room was lacking some cleaning supplies - no dish soap, no paper towels or sani wipes to wipe up spills, no hand soap and only 1 roll of already partially depleted toilet paper. I’m guessing because they had to reassign rooms last minute maybe they didn’t have time to ensure the room was stocked. I will just make sure to bring my own next time just in case. All in all - a wonderful stay. Easy to get in and out and although the neighborhood looks a bit sketchy I felt safe and it was a very convenient and easy 15 minute walk to Temple University to see my daughter for family weekend.

Great clean place very quiet and I loved the locks for every door very secure. Now I hope I get my incidental deposit of $200, because I only stayed 2 days out of 8 days and only stayed at night.

As a poor student and solo traveler, I have stayed in SROs, hostels, and flophouses before. This was like them except it called itself a "suite" and charged as if it wasn't an inconvenient, service-starved excuse for a hotel in an inconvenient and scary area. I wish I could get a full refund.

I did not think that the suite would be in a regular neighborhood. The bed was quite comfortable. There was was no work desk or chair to use. The place was very secure. Walking up to Broad Street to use the subway wasn't problem. I was thankful to have an affordable place to stay during my trip. I would stay there again.

I'm a solo traveler. I've stayed in tons of places, but this was by far, the worst place I've spent money on. If I could give it a zero, I would. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, and the clear, plastic shower curtain was broken off half the rings. Think unclean dormroom with a manual air conditioning unit in the window and broken side panels. The pictures added don't look like the unit rented, and there is no one on site to assist with entry or issues. I had to call the 1-800 number for the listing 3 times and wait for follow-up text messages to finally get into the unit and then just decided to cancel half my trip because it wasn't worth the stay.
