The room was very nice and clean, I enjoyed visiting Philadelphia and staying here. Newly Renovated building and felt very safe. Would recommend to stay here and only 15 minutes from center city Philadelphia! Easy Street parking near it as well.

There's no staff, but you get plenty of information prior to your stay. Shower is tiny, but stocked with soaps in case needed (bring your own). Overall quiet and pleasant stay. I recommend for a week or more since kitchenette and mini fridge are included.

An ideal spot for single, twenty to middle aged traveler not interested in exterior aesthetics and traveling on a budget. It's an out of the way location in the heart of north Philly but blends in so well with the neighborhood, you'd never believe the quality of it's interior and security. Parking is typical inner city. Set your vanity aside and enjoy it with an open mind.

The location isn’t great because there’s nothing around The service is quite prompt It would be nice to be able to control the air conditioning, as I’ve had some hot nights It could also do with a proper clean, as the plates and cutlery aren’t exactly spotless is not very good because

I traveled solo as elder woman & the neighborhood is lower income & rather run down, but much more quiet than expected. Once inside two separately locked doors, the environment changed dramatically. Even had music playing one day. I was uncertain of the area, but onsite manager was kind, respectful, & helped when I was short of various supplies. Communication with the suites itself was sporadic and slow. I DID appreciate window air conditioning! Temp got to 110 while I was there!
