But staff although not on site was easily reached over the phone and very accommodating and kind and offered to re stock supplies and re clean. Beds and towels were soft and comfortable. Everything was very good. Except they just sent me the code to enter the building and not the one to enter the apt. Thank God, there were some other guys check-in in another apt and they lent me their phone to call and get the code. But they should have sent in the instructions all together.
