I was on the 4th floor. The room itself was fine. It was EVERYTHING else. I stayed from Friday night until Monday morning (3 nights) first night was ok, except I had to try the shower a handful of times before I could get hot water. Then the party started on Saturday! I left in the AM after a cold shower and ran some errands returning in the afternoon to relax and work in my room. Apparently there was a “birthday party” in the first floor hall and the volume and bass from the music was incredible. It was shaking my windows in my room in the 4th floor for hours. No work or rest was possible. While looking for the source of the deafening bass I realized that the hotel (specifically 4th floor) was the location for a number of other parties of some sort. I can’t tell if the hotel is being used as an indoor waterpark or exactly what but groups of young children were running through the halls ALL NIGHT and into the early morning. Running from room to room, screaming, slamming doors, knocking on doors to be let in, and generally being loud as possible. This went on until like 6am. I guess they were also playing in the showers in the other rooms because again, there was no hot water all night. Again, no rest. Emerging from my room in the AM the amount of trash kicked out of the rooms into the hallway was amazing. It was like the aftermath of a parade. There was also a staggering amount of litter and trash in the parking lot. Something wild goes on here on the weekends.

Room on arrival first day was not clean. Empty water bottle in bathroom and hair all over bathroom. The staff was really nice and friendly. The only thing was not having more then roll of tiolet paper in room and had to asked 2 times when I was out asked at 7:30 am didn't get till around 2pm. They did make things easier for me being there myself when husband was having heart surgery. Having to get adding extra days.
