The room was ok, but it was so hot and even we put the temp to 68 it felt like 90. Everytime the AC turns on it sounds like a busted carburetor. Visible water damage on the ceiling that the popcorn ceiling was peeling off

The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous and very helpful. The room was clean and looked pleasant. The bathroom was clean. The window view was the back of a building so not a great view. And we were right above a delivery area so heard the noise of the delivery truck emptying. Overall we would definitely stay again when in town.

The tub stopper did not fit, so we could not take baths. I called Guest Services, there was no answer. I went to reception and spoke with the manager, who said the hotel was full so they could not move our room, and facilities was unstaffed at the moment, so he could not help us nor give us a new tub stopper to try. Breakfast staff sat around and I had no go up to the bar to get service and ask how I could obtain breakfast. Lastly, there were no forks or knives at the breakfast buffet. When I asked restaurant staff, they said we had to "sign out" a fork and knife using our room number. This is ridiculous, and not Marriot-level service. Nice accommodations, nice pool and gym, mediocre service.
