We do not offer on-site parking; however, there are paid parking options available nearby, including on surrounding streets within close proximity.

For everyone’s comfort & security (and to meet local regulations), a short verification may be required before check-in, which can include:

• Uploading a valid government-issued photo ID

• Verifying your phone & email

• Completing secure ID confirmation via our portal

• In rare cases, passing a background check



Your info is only used for verification & never shared beyond this purpose.



✦ Booking Agreement & House Rules ✦

To confirm your stay, please review & sign our short rental agreement. Booking means you agree to:

• Follow all rental terms provided

• Submit a valid ID before check-in

• Undergo a background check if requested

• Complete all steps before receiving check-in details



Timeline:

• Standard bookings → within 24 hours of reserving

• Same-day arrivals → within 1 hour

Late or incomplete verifications may result in cancellation.

Pets welcome with prior approval—share accurate details to avoid issues.



Pet Cleaning Fees (per pet):

• 1–4 nights: $35/day

• 5–29 nights: $250

• 30+ nights: $400
