Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Very disappointing experience. The apartment was dirty, with unclean carpets and sofa, bugs, a broken door, and poorly washed kitchen utensils. We had to leave immediately after checking in and book a hotel instead. Definitely not the condition expected for the price.
