I was locked out my room for an hour and I was supposed to get my rate changed for this inconvenience and never did. Also when I moved to the second room the heat wasn’t working at all I was very cold and i am currently sick as I have relocated back home. Cleaning staff was rude. My room would never get knocked on to be clean and each time I asked the lady would be rude and say she’s not cleaning my room. No clean sheets no clean rags and towels. Terrible experience I would never stay there again.

I went to my room and found it hadn’t been cleaned, bed was unmade, garbage everywhere. Went back to the lobby to notify the front desk and get a new room and the receptionist was extremely rude while assigning me a new room. Did not apologize for the inconvenience, spoke to me very rudely as if I was in the wrong for wanting a room that had been cleaned between guests. Awful experience. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
