Pros: Very nice view of the river, a park with a walking path, and places to sit by the water. It was fun to watch the planes go by, which you can hear in the room, but didn’t bother me and I’m very sensitive to noise. You can tell the rooms have been recently updated. Bed was firm, but didn’t wake up sore and the shower got nice and hot. Cons: Maybe we ended up with the worst room, but avoid room #137 if you can. The smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana was so thick that I could barely breathe. Also, the sheets were dirty and they don’t keep irons in the room (kept in the office) to prevent theft. Outside needs updating and I can tell it will be really great…eventually. Evening check-in employee was not friendly. Tried to change rooms due to the smell and he had no compassion at all.

This is a hidd2n gem in Philly. The Riverview room was amazing and the service was excellent.

The staff were very helpful the room looks remodeled, but the bathroom was very dirty. Hairs in the shower all over and dirt and mold. Couldn't even shower. Showed front desk photos of the hair and dirt

you can tell they are renovating, but doing a good job. it is simple and quiet. they could use some better access to things like drinks and snacks, so if you grab a few before checking in you should be great.

Rooms Nicely Renovated

I stayed here last year and was pleasantly surprised to find the rooms renovated, with very good quality work and fixtures. Road access is excellent and great location along the river and next to a park. I'll definitely be staying here on my next visit to the area.
