Did not like the layout of the Apartment. There was no room for any suitcases in the small bedroom upstairs so the suitcases had to stay downstairs in the kitchen counter.. The bathroom door couldn't open all the way because it hits the bedroom frame. There are too many stairs to go up stairs to the apartment with suitcases and groceries. the place was very clean, but the Stove was DISGUSTING. The kitchen was not too well equipped. The location was good, But the noise, with the cars and motorcycles was hard to sleep. there were no shades in the bedroom, so the lights outside and when the sun was out you had to wake up.

Abode was great for a commuter stay in Philadelphia. Just north of the convention center, it was a healthy walk, easy car ride from downtown. They did a great job of updating the space. I would recommend for longer term as it has all the amenities. The second floor bed/bath offered a unique urban vibe. My unit was upstairs so I got in my steps! It's on the highway, but has double pane windows.

Absolutely love this property and plan on returning for a longer stay. Perfect size for 2-4 individuals, stylish and clean. Only negative is although the booking was a set price for the night, the property fee was almost the same price as one night so it’s basically double the price… Still very economical and worth the stay and every penny. Highly recommend this property, location is ideal!

Very comfortable and really close to the convention center, clean, interesting design. It is next to the interstate so it is very loud when trying to sleep. It worked great for me and I may stay here again, just be warned.

ONE OF THE WORST STAYS I HAVE EVER HAD. THE BATHROOM WAS DIRTY, MOLD IN THE BATHROOM, BROKEN WINDOW WITH A BIG PIECE OF BLACK TAPE, THE BATHROOM FLOOR WAS DIRTY, THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL WAS BROKEN AND IT TOOK THEM 5 DAYS TO FIX IT, THE SINK STUNK AND WAS PLUGGED, THE BATHROOM SINK WAS PLUGGED, A USED COOKIE SHEET WAS LEFT IN THE OVEN WITH FOOD ON IT, THE SHADES WERE BROKEN. THEY FIXED THEM AND THEN TOLD US NOT TO USE THEM. TOOK THEM 5 DAYS TO PUT IN A NEW GARBAGE DISPOSAL. ALSO IT IS 91 STEPS TO GET TO OUR BEDROOM, ADD A 50# SUITCASE TO THAT AND YOU COULD HAVE A HEART ATTACK. DON'T GET SICK AND NEED EMERGENCY SERVICES AS A STRETCHER COULDN'T GET UP TO THE UNIT. THE WASHER WORKED BUT IT FLEW OUT THE MIDDLE OF THE KITCHEN WHEN YOU USED IT. IT TOOK 4 HOURS TO DRY THE TOWEL AND NO, I DIDN'T OVERLOAD IT. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE

Cute place, conveniently located just a few blocks from the convention center! Walkable!! It was perfect for my short business trip!! Updated and modern, might need a little touch up paint just from every day wear and tear, but overall very nice, and had everything I needed! Customer service was also very helpful, and real time quick responsive even late at night and on the weekend!!
