Parking was the best thing only. Had 2 rooms floor was dirty. Water never got hot. Room 1 reach on walls. Room 2 roach on bed. Holes in ceiling . The other guest was grilling outdoors with their car radio blasting music.

The first night we were told to park in an abandoned, unkempt lot outside of the property as the lot was filled with CONNEX boxes and utility trucks. The room smelled like wet dog and cigarettes. There were stains on the bedsheets, and the A/C smelled strongly of dust when used.

Staff was very rude nearly the entire time. I needed assistance with updating my stay and the person at the front desk was honestly horrible. The room was pretty run down and dirty. Stains everywhere. Super super loud hotel you can hear nearly everything from any room in the vicinity.

No coffee maker in room. No safe in room. AC would not go below 68. Bath tube would not drain completely,standing water at all times so much the drain was rusted. Toilet seat was not secure. Front desk said elevators and gym that way, other than that i can't tell you anything else about the hotel. The get directions button does not work. You have to use the address. Construction on 4th floor in progress. You can definitely hear through the walls as i was woke up to the sounds of the people in the next room. Would not stay again. Not the holiday inn express i am use to staying at.
