Not sure why this location received high marks, it was Okay, we couldn't sleep under the sheets, and should have asked for another room, far too much hair between comforter and top sheet. Taking a bath, you could see under the soap holder, filthy. To explain my Odd Entrance under "area around property", the road in and out is difficult to maneuver, then the Entrance was on the back side as you entered the parking lot, just Odd. Oh, there was a sign posted when I checked in that they were helping another guest and would return, please be patient. I didn't ask, but was she the only employee working that location? I waited around 10 minutes at the desk. She was nice, just alone, I guess.

I know it wasn’t the hotels fault but grown adults were running up and down the hallway and screaming after midnight. They kept trying to access the adjoining room door into my room. It scared my gf and daughter.

Staff was very helpful with suggestions and friendly. Breakfast daily was perfect way to start a day with 7 very indecisive family members. Close to Columbus,GA and Fort Benning. Right off main road that offered numerous options and only 40 minutes to Auburn, Al. We will return again in a few months to visit Fort Benning.

First they had a hard time making us the electronic keys because the system crashed. Next, on Friday at 6:33 am the firearms started blaring. Then were told there was no fire. The alarms were blaring for nearly an hour. Only on fourth floor! Our flour! Our stay was not impressive.
