I was charged a $50 deposit upon arrival that I didn’t get back. There were boxes of furniture propped up against the wall in the room. Approximately 10 channels on tv. The halls reeked of marijuana. There were people standing around, hanging out in the parking lot.

Good luck trying to get your money back or either change your booking to a different day whenever you book for the wrong date. It’s always an issue with this hotel that will cause you not to get a good sleep. The manager is very arrogant and rude when speaking to your booking agent.

This place was a dump. Exterior was unkept, the reception area smelled like marijuana and when we got into our room it wasn’t kept either. My husband went to put his sodas into the fridge and it wasn’t clean. There was a cup in there that had exploded all over the fridge. We were exhausted from our trip up to Phenix City and didn’t want to deal with a room change.
