Welcome to Peyzac-le-Moustier, in the heart of Périgord Noir, facing the famous Roque Saint-Christophe, in a charming house typical of the Périgord region, ideal for family or friends' holidays. This exceptional 210 m² property can accommodate up to 12 travellers (10 adults / 2 children) and offers all necessary comfort, with bedrooms equipped with private bathrooms. Nestled on a 1800 m² enclosed plot, it features a vast garden, a covered terrace equipped with furniture and a barbecue as well as a large private swimming pool of 6x12 m open from 30/06 to 31/08 (the pool is fully enclosed and has an access gate). You will enjoy a peaceful setting, close to the prehistoric treasures of the Vézère valley. A break of relaxation and authenticity in Dordogne awaits you there.



Step through the entrance door and discover a large 75 m² living area with access to the garden. The independent kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides you with everything you need for cooking. For breakfast, you will also find a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a cafetière. Share your meals around the dining table for 12 people or prefer the one on the terrace on fine days. In the evening, gather in the lounge, comfortably settled in the sofas facing the television.



The house has six bedrooms, 3 of which have a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), 2 have a double bed (140/190) and the last one, for two children, is equipped with two single beds (90x190 cm). Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, a hairdryer and storage spaces. An extra feature for the middle bedroom upstairs, which has a small balcony with a lovely view.



A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are at your disposal.
