As soon as you arrive & enter by the first patio, you'll feel at home. The door opens to a large entrance hallway with room for bikes. A new shower room with rainbath shower, seperate WC ground floor.
Take off your boots, put down your bags & climb the stairs towards the secret roof terrasse with flowers & plants where you can have a drink, sunbathe & read.

There are 2 bedrooms. The smallest has an extending bed 80-160 cm wide & has two uses. Either as a second sitting room with Netflix TV & opening to the roof garden if you're a couple or as a second bedroom. Be aware that access to the Master bedroom is via the smaller room. Bedroom 1 is a large room 18m2 with a very comfortable kingsize bed & mattress topper. A reading corner, wardrobe and drawers. Top quality bedlinen & towels are provided.

Descend the stairs and discover the large living space with a dining area, very comfortable sofa, smart TV with Netflix. Two windows open towards the first patio where you can dine Al Fresco.
