Our house has 2 studios. Very quiet environment at the edge of the forest.

Each studio has a spacious terrace with natural shade and sea views. It also has an integrated kitchenette, spacious bathroom, air-conditioned, secured parking. Wi-fi is available at all times.
Both studios are fully equipped and there is a separate club available in the house, in the lounge area (billiards, darts, library).
Free use of 2 mountain bikes.
The beach is only 200 m away, while shops and restaurants in the center of the town are about 400 m away.
Our 2 studies are ideal for a study stay or mid-term research period. Also for the mini-work team located in Montenegro.
For these types of stay we offer another same period of stay FREE of charge.
The housekeeper is at his disposal 24 hours a day.
