Reservei para um final de semana com as mais elevadas expectativas, especialmente diante do valor cobrado (diária de quase R$ 2 mil, própria de hotéis luxuosos e de altíssimo padrão). Infelizmente saí bastante decepcionado, não pretendo retornar e não recomendo. O chalé tinha bastante cheiro de mofo (sobretudo nas cortinas), a cama e o travesseiro eram desconfortáveis e o número de colaboradores era muito inferior às necessidades do local, o que comprometia a qualidade do atendimento apesar do enorme esforço que os colaboradores faziam para cumprir todas as tarefas. Apesar de tudo isso, o custo final foi de quase R$ 5 mil por um final de semana.

Hotel excelente! Ficamos no Chalé 9.

Nossa estadia foi excelente. O quarto tem o clássico aspecto de chalé por fora, e por dentro uma decoração moderna, minimalista e elegante. O quarto é espaçoso (ficamos no chalé 9), a hidromassagem é super confortável e a cama é enorme. A lareira é ótima para momentos mais frios na serra, e o hotel pode acender para você ou entregar um “kit lareira” para você mesmo acender. As áreas comuns não ficam cheias, e durante a pandemia você consegue bastante distanciamento de outros hóspedes. As instalações são ótimas e tem bastante opções do que fazer, com duas saunas, piscina natural (muito gelada!), piscina climatizada, trilhas para caminhada e muita natureza. Fizemos também a massagem de casal e recomendamos. O preço desse hotel é alto, mas o serviço delicado e com atenção aos detalhes, quarto amplo e moderno, banheira, lareira e instalações fazem o valor valer a pena.

We had a nice stay and would return

We enjoyed our stay very much. The surrounding landscape is tropical, very lush and beautiful. The hotel and grounds are perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of civilization- there are no neighbors, no outside buildings, just nature. The restaurant is excellent, but pricey. The staff was very nice and helpful. The natural pool was wonderful. The cabins were comfortable, but a a little dark. There are no screens on windows and even though the weather was hot, we had to sleep with windows closed to avoid insects. That made the night a little uncomfortable. The staff informed us that all cabins were getting air conditioning in the next week or so. We enjoyed the game room with ping pong and pool. Breakfast was excellent. Trails were nice for walking and hiking up the mountain. We certainly would return and recommend to friends and family.

Pelo custo envolvido e atuais condições de limpeza e cuidado da pousada, achamos as avaliações da Tankama superestimada. Uma manutenção geral é necessária, tais como: pisicinas sujas, espreguiçadeiras manchadas pela ação do tempo e mofo, ralo entupido da suíte por cabelos, fazendo com que a água transbordasse sobre nossos pés, goteiras no chalé que molhou nossas roupas que estavam penduradas em um móvel… além de termos visto uma quantidade plásticos no entorno do nosso chalé, o que nos deixou tristes. Na escada de acesso à piscina climatizada, havia galhos de bougainville no caminho, cheio de espinhos, impedindo parcialmente a passagem. Para quem é desatento, poderia ser perigoso. São detalhes, mas que demonstram o cuidado, zelo e manutenção com a pousada que está, ao meu ver, faltando. Acho que até a mais legítima das propostas de imersão na natureza, precisa estar um pouco mais bem cuidada. As trilhas estão com cara de abandonadas e sinalizações precárias. Comida do restaurante principal razoável ( jantar e almoço), pelos preços praticados. Destaque para o café da manhã, que possui uma boa variedade e é saboroso. As massagistas contratadas pela pousada são sensacionais. Recomendamos a massagem para casais. O staff no geral é muito atencioso. Sempre que precisamos, nos atenderam prontamente.

Experiência excelente! Pousada é espetacular, muito confortável, limpa, atendimento muito bom. O único ponto de atenção é o acesso. Estrada de terra próximo à pousada com muitas pedras e buracos que, em caso de chuva, podem trazer bastante dificuldade para entrar e sair da pousada. No mais, tudo perfeito.

Decepção

Primeira vez na pousada que havia ouvido falar muito bem, com boas avaliações e custo alto. Porém, apesar de boa estrutura, lugar lindo, pessoal simpático e ser aconchegante, dos poucos lazeres que a pousada oferece, a sauna a vapor não estava funcionando e, mesmo com reclamações, não nos ofereceram solução. A pousada oferece uma aula de Yoga aos sábados que não nos foi informada, ficando assim sem condições de nos programarmos para fazer. Ao final, assim que partimos da pousada, entramos em contato com a recepção informando que havíamos esquecido um carregador de celular no quarto. Nos informaram que nada havia sido encontrado e que iriam verificar. Nada foi resolvido, nem deram retorno. Realmente, uma decepção.
