Como sempre, nossa estada foi perfeita! Equipe do hotel sempre prestativa, simpática e atenciosa. A estrutura do resort é nota 10, nos atende em todas as necessidades. Já é a décima vez que viemos e já estamos planejando voltar em janeiro e no carnaval! Somos um casal com uma filha de 4 anos.

Únicos problemas foram no quarto: TV com problema no sistema de som (som não funcionava) e wifi não estava funcionando também, impedindo a conexão da smart tv e dos smartphones. Apesar disso, as demais instalações são muito boas, com estrutura de lazer e de refeições incríveis. Quarto limpo e equipe de funcionários solicita e sempre cordial.

O hotel tem uma estrutura grande e completa. Tudo funciona muito bem e proporciona dias relaxantes e divertidos. Os únicos pontos que tenho a considerar são: travesseiro muito ruim, blackout do quarto curto e deixando entrar luz e ovos mexidos do café da manhã pareciam uma sopa de leite. Fora isso, gostei da comida, do atendimento, da prohramação e da estrutura.

Se vc procura um lugar pra descansar considere outros lugares! - Chegamos exaustos numa 2a à noite e tava rolando uma festa no Castelo que se estendeu até 2:30h da madrugada. O barulho incomodava. Só consegui dormir com fones c eliminador de ruído. - Na piscina vc quer relaxar mas os bebês e crianças gritam e choram de repente ao teu lado. Só tem 1 aquecida e todo mundo quer ir pra lá. - Na piscina tb a equipe de manutenção resolveu lavar o piso em volta c aquelas bombas de alta pressão e barulhenta. Minha esposa até que pediu 2x pra fazerem isso no horário da piscina fechada (18h às 9h) e foi solenemente ignorada. - A gente até queria ir no SPA mas a R$ 450/sessão (!!!) a gente não ia relaxar tb. - Bar da piscina quase tudo muito caro e garçons passivos. - Precisamos mudar de apt pois o Apt 15, além de ser muito exposto a todos q passam em frente a varanda e janela, tem um micro banheiro. Como era meio de semana e o hotel tava vazio, nos atenderam. - Comida boa nos buffets. - Academia bem equipada. Hotel legal pra ir com filhos ou netos entre 3-10 anos e se engajar nas atividades promovidas pra esse publico. Se vc tá precisando relaxar c tua esposa, melhor ir pra outro lugar.

A estrutura do hotel é ótima, os quartos são excelentes. Tem bastante atrações para as crianças, pena que várias coisas são pagas à parte. Um ponto desagradável é não ter nenhuma bebida inclusa na diária, é sistema pensão completa mas nada de bebidas, petiscos ou lanches. Pelo valor fica a desejar neste ponto.

Nos colocaram em um quarto super longe - com uma criança de colo e um bebê. Pedi para mudar e nos mandaram para outro um pouquinho mais perto, mas que estava ocupado!! Ficamos na porta, na chuva, esperando resolverem a questao. Quando finalmente nos deram um quarto certo, meu marido moveu um móvel e o chao embaixo estava muito sujo, com cabelo, pó, restos de comida e lixo de outros hóspedes. A primeira impressao foi bem ruim. A limpeza em geral é regular. Staff mal treinado, o atendimento demora pra tudo - vc recebe sua bebida no final da refeiçao. Choveu muito e o resort nao é preparado para chuva, nao tem muitas atividades cobertas e todo o caminho é descoberto - ao menos eles fornecem guarda-chuvas. Ainda com tudo isso, a experiência do resort é boa. Tem atividades para as crianças, piscinas grandes, fazendinha para ver os animais, etc. A comida, apesar de nada de excepcional, é boa. As sobremesas que nao sao muito boas. Vi staff recolhendo alimentos com as maos e sem luva (paes, bolos, etc do café da manha). Acredito que sem dias chuvosos deve ser ainda melhor, pois a maior área é descoberta e de piscinas, entao deve mudar muito a experiencia.
