The staff was super helpful and the hotel was very clean and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. Valet parking was included and was very convenient. The location was right in downtown and had easy access to food, shopping, and tourist spots.

Hotel in beautiful Petropolis

We made a good choice to stay here. The hotel is centrally located in the historic part of town near all the shops and restaurants. It was very easy to walk around the town and see all the interesting museums and palaces. We had a long international flight which meant we arrived at the hotel very early after little sleep overnight and luckily we were able to check in to our room straight away which was much appreciated. The breakfast was good with lovely fresh fruit, roll and cake available. We enjoyed our stay here very much

Tudo nos conformes, porém, a única ressalva é que o hotel não possui garagem dentro da propriedade, gerando um certo desconforto em ter que entregar a chave do carro para o manobrista estacioná-lo a um quarteirão do hotel, mas se o hópede quiser pode ir dirigindo acompanhado do manobrista caso não conheça o trajeto.

O Hotel é muito bom, atendimento perfeito, quarto atende ao descrito no site, café da manhã tem variedades, os bolos são deliciosos. A única coisa a considerar é o barulho, por volta de 06h da manhã, no 3º andar, escutamos todo barulho do restaurante, barulho de pratos, copos e todo barulho ali do local, esse foi o único ponto negativo. 8/10.

Nota 10 pela equipe de funcionários. Em especial, as duas funcionárias do restaurante, Mary e Sabrina, as meninas da recepção (todas), Jennifer, Nayla, Emanuelle, os meninos manobristas, Anderson (todos eles). Com esta, já é a quarta vez que me hospedo no GHP e, em todas elas, me senti muito acolhida. E ainda nem mencionei da localização: excelente!!! Dá para fazer quase tudo a pé. Voltarei, com certeza.
