This is an older property, but it is well maintained. The staff is very accommodating and courteous. The hotel is very clean, all areas of it. The rooms are large, roomy, and clean, especially the bathrooms. One of the most important comments we can make about this property is that it is very close, and we mean close, to all major museums and attractions, walking distance. My wife and I travel to Brazil at least twice per year, and we decided that in our March trip, we will come back to Petropolis, and without a doubt we will be staying again in this hotel.

Estadia boa, quartos enormes.

Educadas, prestativas, bem humoradas! Obrigada pela excelente recepção, meninas! Vocês fazem toda a diferença!

Fiz tudo a pé! Voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel outras vezes se necessário.
