A equipe é muito gentil e acolhedora, todos foram muito queridos e atenciosos, ponto alto da estadia! A estrutura do hotel é realmente muito boa e o quarto é bonito e estava bem limpo. Café da manhã tem boas opções e estava bem gostoso! Fizemos massagem e foi incrível, profissionais maravilhosas! Fui muito bem recepcionado, todos os funcionários foram muito hospitaleiros, inclusive o Guilherme da recepção foi muito atencioso e solicito a tudo que precisei. No outro dia fui solicitar algo na recepção e o Maurício e Camila foram muito atenciosos e obtive êxito nos pedidos. O hotel tudo muito bem cuidado, fiz utilização de academia, sauna, piscina aquecida... tive uma ótima experiência na minha estadia. O restaurante é maravilhoso, onde é servido o pequeno almoço de café da manhã, o jantar que servem é feito com amor e excelência.

Péssima

Minha experiência foi muito ruim. O chalé estava sujo e encontrei baratas logo nas primeiras horas. A hospedagem estava reservada para quatro dias, mas não consegui ficar nem 24 horas e não recebi nenhum reembolso. O chalé é pequeno e desconfortável, o café da manhã é péssimo, tinha praticamente só pão com queijo. Além disso, tudo é muito distante, a recepção fica longe dos chalés, e nem água oferecem, só vendem. Não recomendo, pois o local não corresponde ao que é anunciado e o atendimento deixa muito a desejar.
