The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances for effortless self-catering, while amenities such as air conditioning, central heating, and WiFi ensure comfort year-round. Outdoors, an expansive terrace surrounds the 11 x 7.5 m pool, complete with a child-safe area, sun loungers, shaded spaces, and an outdoor shower. Guests can enjoy alfresco dining under the covered terrace or make use of the mobile barbecue for relaxed evenings. The villa’s location is ideal for exploring Mallorca’s natural beauty and culture, with cycling routes, nearby markets in Sineu, and attractions such as S’Albufera Nature Park within easy reach. For larger groups, additional villas on the estate can be booked, sharing access to a tennis and volleyball court. Tourist Tax:- A mandatory tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies in the Balearic Islands, payable in cash on arrival. Guests under 16 are exempted. The tax ranges from €0.55 to €2.20 per person per night, depending on the season.
