Antique country house with thick stone walls, built in 1919, and recently restored with lots of character, luxuriously equipped and decorated. Set on a vast estate of 20,000 m2 near the town of Petra, on a hillside with magnificent panoramic views. This 270 m2 house is built over 2 floors with spacious rooms, elegantly decorated in the Classic Majorcan style with restored antique furniture, impeccable finishes, such as the exposed wooden beams and interior stone lined walls, a large living-dining room with a fireplace, a fantastic fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There is also a big well kept garden with many trees, a comfortable furnished porch and a pool of 10 x 5 m, depth 1.00 – 2.00 m with sunbathing area, all in a very beautiful and natural environment. The thick walls of the house make it nice and cool so air conditioning is no needed for the summer. In winter the oil central heating and fireplace achieve a comfortable indoor temperature. Located approximately 3 km from the village and 20 km from the sea and the beach.



The village of Petra has an old town that has been declared of cultural interest; outside the village, stands out the Sanctuary of Bonany, located in a stunning nature reserve offers excellent panoramic views of Pla de Mallorca, the Tramuntana mountains and the Bay of Alcudia.

The property is only 20 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Sa Coma and S'Illot.
