In the exterior you will find a wide covered terrace with a large table for outdoor meals, a rest area with sofas and a brick barbecue, ideal for dinners with friends or family while contemplating the rural views that surround the property.



The house has 5 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other four with two single beds in each, distributed to offer privacy and comfort to all guests. In addition, it has 5 bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub, and the others with a shower, all spacious and functional.



Inside, the atmosphere combines rustic charm with modern comforts: main living room with exposed beam ceiling, cozy dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and an additional living room with television. The entire house is air-conditioned with air conditioning in each room to ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year.



Son Capellet is located on the outskirts of a quiet Mallorcan village, ideal for those seeking peace, authenticity, and good local gastronomy.
