Great, clean hotel. Staff/maid was very helpful. Office under construction, so no real office, but didn't really need one. 1 mile from downtown. Would stay again!

Great location to downtown and very clean. We had a room upstairs and could hear all of the hallway noise, but perfect for a quick stay. Note: there are no hairdryers so plan to pack your own!

I was worry when I checked the property. And when I arrived on property I was very happy and satisfied. Its so cozy and renovated. Mattress was the one of the best mattresses. Clean rooms, parking is okay, if you drive straight truck you can find a spot. So I recommend 100%

Great place to stay!! We needed a room for one night before heading over to Beaver Island and Adoba saved the day. Brand new renovation and great housekeeping staff was so appreciated, all at a super reasonable price during peak season in one of Michigan's priciest resort towns. THANK YOU- we'll be back. Only 10-15 minute walk from downtown Charlevoix. *Note: No ice machine. Remote contactless entry, but staff does pick up the phone to assist.

Parking was very easy as was check-in. The only thing to add that would be more information on code to get into doors. The code was good but it lacked info on using special caricatures i.e # and lock and unlock on the upstairs. The room was great!

We are two older women and we're a little leary of a motel. Only 8 rooms..You park in front of your room. You call a number on arrival, they give you your room code. Easy... The rooms were decorated in a homie style. We would definitely stay there again.
