Parking was fine. Room was less than clean. When something was said to the staff they didn't seem to care. There were body wash and shampoo dispensers in the shower, but they were empty. Didn't eat breakfast because the small room was full and nowhere to sit. Thankfully we only stayed one night.

Bathroom was clearly not cleaned well. Used bar of soap left in shower with hair stuck to it. Empty soap dispenser that also appears to have not been cleaned in a long time. The main part of the room seemed clean enough.

The bathroom door would not close. The bathroom light was on a timer so if we didn't push the button correctly we were left in the dark. The bed sheets were stained & felt gritty. The bathroom sink faucet was opposite, cold to left, hot to right. The telephone message light would not go off (no message) for us.

Got to the room just to find a pair of dirty socks in corner. Not sure how you missed them when the room was semi cleaned. Bathroom could of been sweep. Bedside stand has no lighting and we couldn't find a plug. The remote doesn't work so you clearly cant watch television, smart tv's with no internet connection. Then you message on the tv at 6 30 am telling us we seen you haven't connected.
