Bathtub and sink had soap scum. Refrigerator did not work. Bathroom door didn’t fit well and hard to close. TV remote needed batteries. Overall poor experience. We would have checked out early but would not have received a refund.

Love this hote

The room was a little small, but that’s maybe coz we had a king bed, also we sometimes lost phone wifi in the room but the macbook stayed connected. Other than that, everything else was excellent. Nice, updated, very clean and comfortable room, big TV, covered parking right outside our door. Best breakfast of any hotel we’ve been to recently with good selection of food including hot dishes like scrambled eggs, sausage with gravy and chili soup. Location was close to downtown and the beaches. Communication was also great, you could check-in online and text them for any questions or requests even before you arrive. We would definitely stay there again.
