Very conveniently located. Pretty good breakfast buffet. Rooms were ok. Definitely needed updates. Especially when there is a timer set light switch for the bathroom. Thought it was weird, no coffee pot in room, but there was an iron and ironing board. Staff was great.

I checked in on 323 room, it was very bad condition, smells so bad , phone broken (not working) bed sheets has yellow stains onnit and some hairs. I had to call the receptionist from my phone to complain and changing the room. New room 302 was ok, smells bad same part of the bathroom ceiling missing. I am glad It was one night!!

Loved staying in Petoskey at Baymont.

The staff was amazing and highly responsive. We arrived earlier than expected, and they were able to accommodate our earlier arrival. They made sure we had everything we needed. The texting communication was great as well. The room was in excellent condition and we had a really great day.

Room looked different then the pictures. Housekeeping did a poor job and didn't come clean the room unless we approached them to do so after a few days of our 6 day stay over. Uncomfortable bed. Shower was dirty and so was the toilet. Definitely won't stay again

Our room had a Smokey smell to it. We had to change rooms. The new room was better but had a musty smell. I’d say the building in general is very old and needs refurbishing. They need to get rid of the carpet that might help and put a tiled floor down
