From the moment we stepped in the beautifully furnished room enjoying a cocktail on the rooftop overlooking the marina or the scrumptious free continental breakfast the Earl was high end and has a perfect location close to shops and restaurants all within walking distance Would highly recommend and stay here again

Never saw a hotel where they provide free in room ear plugs as part of the standard arrival items. Given the paper thin walls and floor, constant door slamming, etc. they were unfortunately appropriate. Surprising for a so called "upscale" hotel.

Great rooftop bar with live entertainment. Views of the city and lake. Convenient. Short walk to all the bars, restaurants, and stores. Can't comment on the pool as we didn't use it. Hotel has been updated and the rooms are big. We would go back.

My balcony suite was generous is size. I loved the minimalist decor. The hotel is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. A perfect place to enjoy the beautiful town of Charlevoix.

The hotel lacks enough parking for their guests. A lovely staff member moved her own car to give us her spot on the street. This was a sweet gesture. Nice hotel!
