Carpeting hallway and elevator appeared as if not vacuumed for weeks, and hot tub and pool heater not functional. This property is owned by same owner as AmercInn Petoskey and Apple Tree Inn, and none of these have functional hot tubs. Marriott and Best Western Harbor Springs are much better choices from my experience. Days Inn is also owned by same owner, but don't know it's hot tub status.

Room was fine. Fireplace was fake, not even electric heat in the fireplace. Could not adjust room thermostat. In room phone did not work. Room 413. Pool was disgusting. Chloramines in the pool for all 4 days we were there. How hard is it to shock the pool? Pro tip, park in the back, you will be able to park right by an entrance. Overall a mixed bag. But, for the area there really is not any 4 or 5 star resorts or hotels. You can pay for a 4 or 5 star stay, but no hotel or resort in the area is actually on par, including the ski resorts. If you travel a lot, you know what I mean. If you from middle America, the vast wasteland of suburban America or a boomer this hotel will be right up your alley.
