We are also located ONLY TWO BLOCKS to downtown restaurants , shops and pubs and Lake Charlevoix.
Our vacation home is newly renovated, spacious and clean with all the comforts of home INCLUDING AIR CONDITIONING. Amenities include a large living room with Flexsteel Sofa, Samsung 55 in. Smart TV with Spectrum TV and WIFI. The master bedroom is oversized with a new king bed and a 43 in Smart TV with Netflix. There is also an ensuite bath with body wash and shampoo dispensers as well as a rain shower head. The private backyard features a deck for that morning coffee and serene outdoor living area, SEASONAL barbeque grill and firepit for your enjoyment. We have stayed in several rentals in Boyne City and this was by far the best one! It had everything we needed! The location was perfect and it was sparkling clean! We plan to book it again for next year!

This home was perfect for us. It was spotless which we really appreciated! The location was great! We didn't do any walking due to on and off showers but drove and it was so close to down town. We enjoyed the little farmers market on Saturday. It was only a 10 minute drive to the Sky Bridge and extrememly close to Avalanche Mountain.
