Staff was very friendly and helpful. Relaxing property with so many things to do for the family. The only “con” were the hours on all their shops and restaurants were different each day and the hours weren’t displayed so that was a bit difficult to figure out.

Everything was amazing, from the amenities to the staff. Plenty to do right there on the property without having to leave. We did the waterpark, sky bridge which was beautiful, ziplined and ate at several of their restaurants. The room was more of a large apartment, 2 bedrooms one with a king and the other had 2 queen beds, along with a pullout couch bed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. 2 full bathrooms. A full kitchen and living room. We did have a little hickup but the staff solved our issue without a second thought, means a lot that they actually care about their guests and didn't have to hassle. 10/10 recommend staying there!

I stayed in the clock tower building. The room was clean and serviceable, but older. It worked well for me as I was attending a conference and was alone, but it would have been less suitable if I had more people with me. The resort itself was great, and the amenities were good as well. However, wildfire smoke from fires in Canada made being outside uncomfortable so I could not fully appreciate the outdoor activities and amenities while there. For conferences, skiing or just a short getaway, this would be a good location if you could stay in a better room in the newer buildings.
