Elevator broke twice. We also got back from a day on the town (twice) and our room was still not cleaned (3:30-4 pm range). We had to ask to be cleaned the next morning and since we were'nt ready to go out for the day we had to wait near the lobby. But if we didn't ask, we ran the risk of another missed cleaning.

A million dollar view of the Bay from the room's balcony and the breakfast was very good. However our elevator to the our room on the 4th floor was not working for most of our stay.

Older property that is updated and well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. Great breakfast served in an area that is not quite large enough but still enjoyable. Great view of the bay in most all rooms.

Our room had a balcony and a view of the water. Nice place to relax after a day out. Size of room was nice with a sofa and desk for seating other than the bed. Room just starting to look a little tired bt was very clean.

The hotel needs to be renovated. Also, there is only one public restroom that is used by employees and patrons. I am a clean freak so it didn’t work for me. It is in a good area and the breakfast was not too bad. The work out center was good. I don’t know if I would stay there again.

I would have given 5 stars except that our first room was the designated “pet” room, and in spite of having been cleaned thoroughly, it stunk terribly. My husband had an allergic reaction shortly after entering the room and we left almost immediately to get out of the room and also get some dinner. When we returned my husband, didn’t return to the room, asked for another room. The gal at front desk graciously moved us to another room on 4th floor. It was both clean and fresh smelling.
