the bed was comfy but you could tell the room has not been dusted in months, the headboard had an inch of dust on it, plus the hot tub was not working and the pool did not look like it had been cleaned in a while, we only stayed 2 nights but it was very cozy with the fireplace in the room and -25 outside, staff was very friendly and breakfast was good

Breakfast was really good. They have hot breakfast on weekends with plenty of options for everyone. Hot tub and pool were nice and warm. Jets werent all working but still very clean and relaxing. No awful clorine smell (which indicates urine in water the stronger the smell the more urine ) . Hotel was very clean, service was good and really cute inside. Will stay again

The staff were very kind, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. However, our room (208) was located very close to the second-floor entrance, so we could hear people passing through the hallway with luggage and talking loudly. The soundproofing isn’t very effective, and we could hear music coming from the main floor as early as 5 a.m. On a positive note, breakfast was good. I would stay here again, but I would request a different room if possible.

The staff was Amazing! They aimed to please and kept things very clean. Loved the fireplace in our room as it was a blustery cold day out when we arrived 12/3/25. Breakfast was quaint. The room, lobby, and breakfast we're all great but what stood out was the staff during my stay during an awful snow storm. Many weren't able to continue on home as planned. The staff took care of everyone that I saw, meeting their every need. They went above and beyond.
