The check in was lacking customer service skills. The room was outdated. The furniture was falling apart. The sheets and blanket had holes in them. The showerhead was rusty. The housekeeping knock on the door the next morning after we had only bern there one night. Thankfully there was hot water for the shower. I was glad to check out a day early.

We had 4 rooms. Heat didn’t work in 2 of the rooms. Smeared blood on the counter. Poop in the toilet. A map in a drawer on where to get drugs… yes, a literal map on where to go. Receptacles ripped out of the wall and lying on the ground. And pretty sure based on the amount of cockroaches that were crawling around with the lights on, it would have been 10 times worse with the lights off. No idea how this place has remained open!

I had a problem with my room and the young lady didn't have a problem with putting me in another room. She was very nice about it. The rooms are nice and clean. Overall my stay was pleasant.

When we arrived the outside of the property is terrible, There was a language barrier so they had no idea what I was saying, it took forever to get the key to our room she had to contact someone to get us checked in , we were sent to three different rooms first two smelled awful was dirty and the 3 rd one had spots on the bed and a whole in the comforter the chair was nasty, full of wholes I would not suggest this place to anyone.
