The location is good with lots of parking and it was in a quiet location. Some staff were very helpful but some very short with their responses. The room I was originally given had a variety of issues so I was moved to a different room but again some issues in that room too. It could do with a refurb so the aircon unit works or the fans in the room all fully work and rotate as they should. The breakfast was limited where items were not replenished at 8am.

The room was sweltering, had a really restless night. As you go into the room the door crashed into the wardrobe. As you open the bathroom door it hits the shower rail. The entry area smelt a bit moldy. Wouldn't stay again.

Excellent budget hotel. I have stayed several times to break the journey to London. I have not eaten on a night but value for money, the breakfast is excellent at around £5 extra for great choice. Waitress even offered to cook me fresh eggs any way I wanted. Bar is fairly well stocked with selection of lagers & an American IPA. Pint of Cobra cheap for a hotel at £5.50. Room clean and comfortable with TV, coffee making etc & plenty of towels. At moment parking is free but I understand they are looking at charging. Mistake in my mind, I don't like hidden costs, so just include it in the price.
