Quiet residential neighbourhood located at the very end of the street, neighbours only to one side of the property. You will find a track at the front of the property that will give you direct access to the Bay of Martyrs walking track and beach.

• Dishes must be washed and all food scraps placed in the rubbish.
• Turn off lights and appliances when leaving the property.
• Shoes off at the door, please.
• No food or drinks on the couches.
• Use coasters for hot pots. Damage to the dining table will incur replacement charges.
• Check-in from 3pm / Check-out strictly 10am. Please contact us if you require different times.
• Message host on arrival and departure to assist with staff coordination.
• No smoking indoors. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning charges.
• Take care with spills on floors to avoid slips and property damage.
