A man staying in the room next door forced open a connecting door and entered my room at 1am causing me severe shock and upset and 9 hours after checking out I have still not been refunded or had any further contact at all from the hotel about compensation. Do not stay here.

A nice spacious hotel, staff were friendly and polite. A great breakfast with plenty of options. Only thing that I was disappointed with was the lack of Disabled parking bays near the entrance to the reception area. I noticed only 1 car displayed a blue badge in the disabled bays so this wasn't being monitored.

No towels in room said they dont do them kindly gave us a robe each which was good but not having towels in room is a 1st. Bathroom needs updating only negative . Really lovely place breakfast lots of choice and tasty . Staff all very pleasant .
