Modern 43-square-meter beachfront apartment located on the first floor of a building with an elevator, accommodating up to 2 people.

The beachfront apartment is located on the Lungomare, an area with all the main amenities: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. The apartment is 2.8 km from Pescara Central Station.



The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a spacious balcony.



The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM with a double bed, walk-in closet, split A/C, and balcony;

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa, 45-inch TV, split A/C, and access to the balcony;

- KITCHENETTE with gas stove, table and chairs, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils, washing machine;

- BATHROOM with shower, bidet, and toilet;

- Spacious BALCONY furnished with a table and chairs.

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system is turned on and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

For check-ins between 8:00 PM and midnight, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 20 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM

EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM,

EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to midnight.

Check-in is not possible after 12:00 AM, even for a fee.

All late check-ins must be arranged and approved by the host.
