A modern and bright apartment of approximately 40 square meters located on the first floor (one step to enter), which can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people.

The apartment is located in Pescara Colli, a very quiet residential neighborhood in the upper part of the city, equipped with all essential amenities. The historic center and the nearest beach are just a 9-minute drive away.



The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

The approximately 40-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor (one step to enter).



The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, small sofa, and split A/C;

- LIVING ROOM with a small sofa, table with chairs, and a 32-inch TV;

- KITCHENETTE with gas stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, and various kitchen utensils;

- BATHROOM with shower, bidet, and toilet, washing machine.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hair dryer, travel crib.



PLEASE NOTE: Air conditioning is available ONLY in the bedroom and is provided exclusively via a split-system unit.



The operation of air conditioning and heating systems is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system is turned on and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
