By walking down the main street, you can reach the city’s main buildings, churches, and monuments, including the Rossini Theater, the Rocca Costanza, the famous Ducal Palace, and Piazza del Popolo with its famous fountain, where the International Film Festival is held every year.
Throughout the historic center, you’ll find shops, cafes, and restaurants to satisfy even the most practical needs. From the historic center, you can easily reach the waterfront with its landmark: the famous sculpture *Sfera Grande* by Arnaldo Pomodoro.
