     Larnaca Villa 1389 is a two-bedroom semi-detached house located in a small development on Kiti Beach. The house has undergone a full renovation in 2015 and offers all modern appliances and equipment. The ground floor features a modern kitchen and an open-plan living room and dining area that leads to an outside patio equipped with a table and chairs.

     On the first floor, the master bedroom offers a large double bed, while the second bedroom features a bunk bed and enough space for an additional bed if required (available for an additional charge). The family bathroom is clean and modern.

 Larnaca Villa 1389 is fully air-conditioned, offers free high-speed Wi-Fi, and is ideal for a small family.

 The beach in front of the villa is a quiet beach mostly visited by the local population and is literally right on your doorstep. Large supermarkets and many restaurants can be found within a 5-minute drive.

 Larnaca airport is approximately an 8-minute drive from the villa, as is Mackenzie Beach, which is arguably the best beach in Larnaca. Mackenzie Beach offers a plethora of bars, restaurants, and cafes where you can enjoy gourmet international cuisine or more traditional fish meze, amazing cocktails, and vibrant nightlife. The more central Finikoudes beach and square are about a 15-minute drive from the villa, where you can find most international chains of restaurants and cafes.
