THE HOUSE
Theapartment is located in one of the best residential neighborhoods in Perugia’s historic center and offers free parking right in front of the house for the entire duration of your stay.

A bright entryway connects the various rooms of the house.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances (refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, dishwasher), utensils, dishes, three types of coffee makers (Moka, American, Neapolitan), a kettle, and an extendable dining table.
The living room invites you to relax and socialize, thanks to the sofa (which converts into a two-person sofa bed), a 40-inch smart TV with access to major streaming platforms (Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, Amazon Prime.), and a stereo system with a turntable, cassette player, and a collection of jazz vinyl records.
Two spacious double bedrooms offer comfort, tranquility, and organization thanks to dedicated closets and luggage racks. Wi-Fi and desks in both rooms make the apartment perfect for remote work as well.
The bathroom features a spacious shower stall, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine.
The storage closet contains an iron and ironing board, a clothes rack, sports equipment, and cleaning supplies.
The apartment is also ideal for those traveling with children (a crib, high chair, and toys are available to guests free of charge).
