This hotel is not easy to get to by car. Parking is not close to the hotel. We arrived and there was no one at the front desk. The room was in the attic and the decor was disappointing. The shower was small. It is in the historic district and in walking distance to major sites but would not stay there again.

Foi ótimo. Tem elevador e fica bem perto da igreja de San Rufino. Pegamos um táxi que foi 20 euros até a estação de trem de Assis. A recepcionista pediu o táxi pra gente.

Grazioso albergo, ottima posizione

L'albergo si trova in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere tutti i luoghi importanti di Assisi ( parrocchia di san Rufino, Santa Chiara, san Francesco, San Damiano, la Porziuncola, l'eremo delle carceri). È situato al centro di stradine caratteristiche, dove si respira e ci si immerge in un'epoca medievale. Circondato da negozi bar e ristoranti. A pochi passi dalla piazza. L'unica pecca è la colazione Non inclusa, e l'assenza di frigobar in camera.

Hotel apposto. Un consiglio per quelli con macchine grose...meglio lasciare nel parcheggio davanti alla chiesa Santa Maria degli Angeli. È gratis e lo potete lasciare anche di notte. Dopo prendere il bus ..sempre davanti alla chiesa ...e andare a Assisi. (10 min).

stanza piccola,

la stanza è un po piccola, minimalista, anche se pulita, e la finestra in pratica è inutile in quanto ci si affaccia su di una specie di mini terrazzo chiuso per cui conviene tenerla chiusa. il parcheggio gratuito piu vicino è presso il cimitero, cioè a circa un km a piedi, il che non è molto comodo...... il sabato sera poi la viat di assisi è veramente quasi nulla, e la cosa mi è sembrata strana

Maravilhoso

Hotel perfeito, a dona incrivelmente educada, atende de modo espetacular, muito carinhosa com os brasileiros. Limpeza e comodidade excelentes, café da manhã maravilhoso ( vale a pena pagar 5 euros), perto do centro da cidade com acesso a ótimos restaurantes e ao comércio, acesso fácil aos ônibus ( compre os bilhetes antes nas lojinhas indicadas), taxi e a passeios mais longos ( como trens para outras cidades, caminhadas longas para exercitar e apreciar a vista). A Igreja de San Rufino é ao lado com missas em vários horários, dispensa comentários a Igreja de San Francesco e Santa Chiara pela beleza e espiritualidade. Certamente é um lugar que quero voltar!!

En realidad al llegar al Hotel San Rufino estaba cerrado. Tras llamar por teléfono me dirigieron al Hotel La Rocca (supongo mismos propietarios) a escasos metros. Por lo tanto no juzgo San Rufino sino La Rocca

Nice Hotel in a beautiful Assisi

We have very nice and clean room. The only minor problem was the European shower. It was very small. In America we are accustomed that client is first. At this hotel, people in the reception were talking or playing on their phones without noticing the surrounding world.... When they finally noticed you were around, they did their job. The hotel is close(down) from the last stop of the autobús from the railway station.

Great Hotel / Excellent Location / Great Price

Beautiful hotel located steps next to the Cathedral in an excellent location to access shops, restaurants, the main square, and other beautiful sites in Assisi. The staff were very friendly, the room was a decent size and very clean. The bathroom was very small and the shower was difficult to manage. The breakfast food was plentiful and very tasty. Be very careful with taxi drivers, especially if you don't speak Italian, they will try to rip you off!

Hotel San RUDEfino

After the way we were treated, I'd never stay in this hotel nor would I recommend it - here's why: The first thing the woman at the desk said IN ENGLISH was, "There is a problem." She explained the rest in rapid Italian, which was hard to understand. She didn't respond when I tried to tell her my name and show her my reservation, made no attempt to answer any of my questions as I tried to clarify what the problem was, but just repeated what she had said before. All I understood was that we were getting a different room, not why. But then she led us out of the hotel and down the street! I was concerned because my husband was using a cane and the streets are either very steep or actual stairs, plus we were carrying our bags! After a few turns, we met up with another woman who shook my hand and said, "Hi, I'm Jenny." As we started to follow her, the woman from San Rufino took off without so much as "Ciao" let alone an apology! Jenny led us to a street with several steep levels of stairs - my poor hubby! - and I asked her to explain what was going on. She said she was taking us to her hotel because there was no room at San Rufino - I knew that was not what I had been told, but what could we do? I was exasperated and frustrated, unable to understand why Hotel San Rufino did not honor our reservation. But because Jenny was so kind and considerate, we were grateful that we stayed with her instead. You can be sure I will recommend her hotel to anyone going to Assisi!

hotel nel centro storico con letti sfondati

ci ho dormito 1 notte con mia moglie e mia figlia. Impossibile dormire: letto matrimoniale con rete sfondata al centro, quindi si dormiva in pendenza, il letto singolo una brandina pieghevole con materasso sottilissimo, il metallo del centro branda puntava nella schiena.
